How It Works

We Will Email You The Booking Requests

When we recieve a booking request that matches the location of one of your properties, we will send you the request. You can then send us back your proposal with your most competitive pricing.

Host The Guests

If you win the booking, we will sign a Short Term Rental Agreement will all parties according to our Terms & Conditions. You can then host the guest and get paid.

Commission Rates For Hosts

Our commisson rates are straight forward. We charge 10% per booking. Card transaction fee's are an additional 2.5%.

Fast Pay Outs.

Guests will typically pay the full amount in advance for bookings of 8 weeks or less. If its more than 8 weeks the payments will be made monthly. You will receive the payment within 7 days of their check in date.

How Do I List Multiple Properties?

Each property will have to be listed individually so that we have the full details.

How Do I Connect My Channel / Rental Management Software ?

We do not connect with any external software. You will have to manage this yourself manually.

How Do I Sync My Calendar ?

We do not sync with any external calendars. In order to manage any bookings or requests you will have to do this manually using your own systems.

How Quickly Will I Receive My Payments ?

All our guests will pay us before they check in and you will receive the payments direct to your bank account within 7 days after check in. For bookings of 8 weeks or less, you will recieve the full payment in advance. For bookings of over 8 weeks, you will receive the payments each month according to their original check in date.

What Are Your Commission Rates ?

We charge 10% commission per booking. In addition there will be a 2.5% card transaction fee that will be charged to you the Host.

Do you offer insurance & protection for my property if the guest causes any damage ?

No we don't. All guests will sign a Short Rental Agrement according to our Terms & Conditions. You can read them here - link. You should have your own insurance in place as we dont offer this.

Do you vet the guests before check in ?

Yes we vet all the guests and they sign a Short Rental Agreement. You will receive a copy after every booking.
